• Loan, Mortgage, Purchase Transaction Signing Agency - We retain a record of the transaction and we communicate directly with the lawyer having carriage and providing the legal advice. Prices vary depending on document volume and document completion complexity.

• Foreign Powers of Attorney - General or Special - We recommend emailing us the document for us to quote properly. Prices vary depending on document volume and document completion complexity.

• Ontario Continuing powers of Attorney, Property or Personal care are NOT NOTARIZED at our office - We take the view that these documents require legal advice, and require retention of records. This is not a notary function.
